CCS shipboard ROCK WOOL insulation material
complies with EN standards
•What is rock wool?
Rock wool uses high-quality natural rock as its main raw material. It is weighed in proportion, melted in a cupola at a temperature above 1450°C, and formed into fibers at high speed by a four-roll centrifuge. After being evenly sprayed with adhesive, it is spread with a pendulum method, and then solidified and cut into products of different specifications and uses.
•Standards determine quality
Advanced technology:
Scientific proportioning and precise measurement ensure acidity coefficient ≥ 1.8.
Strict management:
job flow, operating specifications, 6s management
Energy-saving production:
Energy consumption has reached the international advanced level.
Environmentally friendly production:
Desulfurization and denitrification, sound absorption and noise reduction, emission standards met recycling.
Rock wool board is often used to fill various walls of ships and wrap columns and beams, playing the role of heat insulation, sound absorption and noise reduction, and fire retardant. It is mainly used as the core material of marine composite panels and is an ideal material for marine composite panels such as wall panels and ceilings used for interior decoration on ships and offshore platforms.
•Rock wool board product features
