Self-contained Positive Pressure SCBA with CCS or EC Approval
The RHZK series Positive Pressure Air Breathing Aparatus is a kind of automatic open-type air breathing device. It is mainly applicable in firefighting, chemical industry, ships and vessel, petroleum, smelting and mining industries. It can help the fireman or the ambulance men to safely extinguish the fire, to safely deal with an emergency, or to safely carry out the rescue work in adverse circumstances where there are full of dense smoke, poisonous gas, steam, or lack of oxygen.
The air breathing apparatus in this series is equipped with a complete face mask that is transparent and has good air tightness and gives you a wide field of vision. The air supply device is equipped with a new type air supply valve that is small, light, and has stable performance. The device also adopts the high-strength backboard and the quality high-pressure air tank that has a high coefficient of safety. The pressure relief valve unit is equipped with a residual air volume warner that can send out noise and other acoustic signals to call the operator attention to leave the job site in time.

Alarm test:
1. Open the cylinder valve,the line will be pressurized to 200 bar pressure and the pressure gauge will show a pressure of 200 bar.
2. Close the gas cylinder valve,check that the pressure drops by 10 bar in one minute.
3. Open the demand valve and the pressure on the high-pressure pipeline begins to decrease. When the pressure is 50-60bar, the alarm will sound.
4. Indicates that there is only about 10 minutes left to escape.
