Specification:
Open lifeboat meets (SOLAS. Hull material is glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), between the hull shell and the inner shell plates set buoyancy tank, filled with polyurethane foam, forming a buoyancy body. Sufficient buoyancy for the lifeboat. If there is surface damage of the hull under the waterline,the floating body can still provide sufficient buoyancy to enable the boat float in the security level . It is manufactured compliance with the <<amendments to the Solas, 1974>>. The hull of lifeboat is made of the fire reinforced plastic(F. R. P. )The space between the inside and outside hull is filled with polyurethane foam which will be afloat with help of the foam even the part of boat underneath the water damaged.
Main Features:
1. Boat body material: fire-pretended type FRP;
2. Fitted with stainless release mechanism and launched or recovered by falls;
3. it can self-righting by itself when capsized;
4. The surface for walking is the antiskid;
5. Equip a manual pump remove the pending in the boat;
6. Rubber fender is fitted around the boat
7. Running time of rescue boat when full-loaded & full-speed is more than 24 hours.
8. Speed(full load):>6knots
9. Have tanker version and cargo version for choose.
