Product Description

Marine Fire Retardant Thermal Insulation Rock Wool
 

This product includes rock wool board TSC series and rock wool strip TSCL series, which are developed for ship application requirements.

It has the characteristics of fire retardant, thermal insulation, sound absorption and noise reduction, water repellent and moisture resistant, high strength and stability, and environmental protection.

The CL series is cut along the length of the C series and turned 90 degrees for use. The fiber direction is perpendicular to the metal panel, so as to obtain higher mechanical strength and smoother surface.

The performance indicators meet the requirements of A30 and A60, and the CCS factory approval certificate has been obtained.

 

Typical applications

 

Rock wool board is often used to fill various walls of ships and wrap columns and beams, playing the role of heat insulation, sound absorption and noise reduction, and fire retardant. It is mainly used as the core material of marine composite panels and is an ideal material for marine composite panels such as wall panels and ceilings used for interior decoration on ships and offshore platforms.
