1.Marine Sewage Water Treatment Plant

Marine sewage equipment, especially marine domestic sewage treatment equipment, is an indispensable and important equipment on ships. Its working principle and application are of great significance for protecting the marine environment, maintaining the health of crew members and complying with international maritime regulations.
Our sewage water treatment system uses the treatment principles of activated sludge, contact oxidation and membrane bioreactor MBR to eliminate organic pollutants. MBR can achieve efficient, thorough and clean sewage treatment, so that the treated sewage can meet the discharge requirements of the new IMO standards.
According to the composition and source of sewage, it is divided into gray water and black water.
Gray water is sewage from bathrooms and kitchens.
Black water is water from toilets.

3.Working Principle

The working principle of the marine domestic sewage treatment device mainly includes three main steps: mechanical treatment, biological treatment and chemical treatment:
1. Mechanical treatment: Solid particles in sewage are removed by mechanical filtration, sedimentation and other methods. In the equipment, sewage first enters the pretreatment unit, and large particles and floating objects are removed through equipment such as grilles and filters to reduce the load of subsequent treatment units.
2. Biological treatment: Bioreactors and other technologies are used to use microorganisms to degrade organic matter and purify water quality. In the biological treatment unit, sewage is mixed with activated sludge, and oxygen is provided by aeration and other methods to promote the growth and reproduction of microorganisms to degrade organic matter in sewage. After biological treatment, the biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and suspended solids (SS) of sewage will be significantly reduced.
3. Chemical treatment: By adding chemical substances such as disinfectants, bacteria and pathogens are killed to ensure that the treated water quality meets the discharge standards. In the disinfection unit, ultraviolet disinfection, chlorine disinfection and other methods are usually used to deeply treat sewage to kill residual microorganisms and pathogens.
