Our yacht inflatable life rafts strictly adhere to the ISO 9650 - 2:2005 standard for small craft life rafts. Specifically designed for small craft measuring less than 24 meters in length, they are also highly suitable for lifesaving operations in offshore facilities.
Constructed from high - quality waterproof oxford cloth and durable rubber, these life rafts offer capacities ranging from 4 to 12 passengers. This wide capacity spectrum enables us to perfectly meet the diverse needs of different customers.
In terms of equipment configuration, our life rafts are categorized into two types based on the variety and quantity of lifesaving gear: ocean - going equipment and offshore - going equipment. Raft Body
• Buoyancy Tube
Made of rubber materials with high strength, wear - resistance and excellent airtightness. Its main function is to generate buoyancy after inflation, enabling the entire life raft to float on water and ensuring that the raft and people on it do not sink.
• Raft Bottom
It has waterproof and heat - insulating properties. Usually made of waterproof canvas or similar materials, it can effectively block seawater and keep the interior of the raft dry.
Canopy
• Canopy Top
Constructed from high - strength, waterproof and UV - resistant fabrics, such as polyester fiber coated fabrics. It can shield the people inside the raft from strong sunlight, wind, rain and other inclement weather, providing a relatively safe and comfortable shelter.
The shape of the canopy top is designed to allow rainwater and seawater to flow off quickly, preventing water accumulation. Also, the materials are chosen to balance light weight and high strength, facilitating storage and deployment.
• Canopy Door
It serves as the passage for people to enter and exit the life raft. Usually equipped with zippers or other sealing devices, it can be effectively closed after people enter or exit, ensuring the airtightness inside the canopy.
