1.The Description of the Marine Immersion Suit
 

The Marine Immersion Safety Suit is made of highly waterproof chloroprene rubber material which aims at to protect the wearer from hypothermia if they fall into the cold water or otherwise exposed when the people abandoned the vessels and were in emergency situation, especially in the international open voyage. It usually has integral footwear, and a hood, and either built-in gloves or watertight wrist seals. The type II immersion suit includes an pillow which is permanently attached high on the back. It provides enhanced stability to the wearer, if conscious,allows them to keep the head above water, and to keep wind and seas from striking the face.The immersion suit is an significant survival equipment at the open sea. It can greatly improve the wearer's survival time in cold water.

1.Waterproof Performance: The water-permeability amount is less than 200 g after the wearer has floated on water for 1 hour.

2.Thermo-insulation Performance: After the wearer soaks in the stationary water of 0-2ºC for 6 hours, the drop of the body-temperature is less than 2ºC.

3.Floating Force Performance: The wearer can turn over within 5 s so that his face is toward up and the nose and mouth portion is 120 mm above the water level, after the wearer soaks in water for 24 hours, the floating force loss of the suit is less than 5%.
