1. Introduction of Oil Water Separator
YWC Series 15ppm Bilge Separator (15ppm Bilge Separator) is a kind of environmental protection product designed based on International Maritime Organization IMO MEPC 227(64) standard, the oil content in effluent water ≤ 15ppm.

YWC Series 15ppm Bilge Separator (15ppm Bilge Separator) of 9 types with the capacity from 0.25m3/h to 5.00 m3/h,
The smallest type is YWC-0.25 which can be installed on ship less than 1000DWT.
The biggest type is YWC-5.00 which can be installed on ship more than 300 thousand DWT.
This separator can also be used in industrial and petroleum, besides in ship vessels

The device uses electric heating

--First-level conical corrugated inclined plate gravity and coalescence separation
-Secondary fiber filter interception and separation
--Three-stage ultrafiltration membrane permeability separation and other principles.

There are three levels of treatment in total, so that the oily bilge water can meet the emission standard requirements of IMOMEPC.227(64) resolution.

Use heating to deal with residual oil, large cavity cyclone separation, water inlet and oil discharge are separated without interfering with each other;
 
To deal with fine oil droplets, coarse-grained elements are used to make the fine oil droplets coalesce into large oil droplets that float quickly and leave quickly on the surface of oleophobic materials. Tests have proven that it is particularly effective for "residual oil with high viscosity". The first-level discharge water contains oil. close to zero;

Use an "ultra-fine non-woven filter element" to intercept suspended solids. The iron oxide powder particles are wrapped with oil. Removing the suspended solids also removes the oil;
