Product Description

Self-righting inflatable liferafts are in accordance with 1996 Amendment to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, MSC. 81 (70), MSC. 218(82), MSC. 226(82) and ISO 15738-2002. This product has been approved by CCS, EC (GL), and ABS. It can be used in the ships engaged on international voyages
 

 

Benefits of self-righting life rafts compared to other life rafts

In challenging scenarios, traditional life rafts may tip over during inflation, especially if ballast tanks are not fully deployed. Accidental overturning or tumbling in the open ocean adds to the potential risks.

1.The raft is manufactured to ISO 9650-1 standards. It inflates automatically by pulling the cord.

Life rafts are strategically positioned at muster stations, typically on the port and starboard sides adjacent to the lifeboats, as well as at the front and rear of the ship, with placement determined by the vessel's size.

Enclosed in fiberglass containers, these rafts are equipped with a high-pressure gas system that facilitates rapid inflation in emergency situations. Each life raft is stocked with essential life-saving provisions, including rations, pyrotechnics, life jackets, and other critical items.
