FRP open life boat is a economical series and can meet the requirement of rescue and is suitable for passenger ship &cargo ship inland and offshore vessels. 

It is manufactured compliance with the amendments to the Solas 1974 , The hull of lifeboat is made of the fire reinforced plastic (FRP) .The space between the inside and outside hull is filled with polyurethane .

All the tightening parts such as a nut, bolt, etc., should be made of stainless steel (SUS 316), all the weather steel fittings should be made of stainless steel, the material of hull should be FRP.

- Construction from fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) with polyurethane foam filling between inner and outer shells, ensuring ample buoyancy. Even if the hull is damaged underwater, it maintains sufficient buoyancy for safe operation.

- Equipped with oil-resistant foam fenders on both sides, featuring double layers of fixed rubber for easy replacement.

- Steel handrails on both sides for crew use.

- A self-draining deck for rapid water drainage.

- Includes a flight box to meet RoRo ships' requirements and comply with LSA, MSC81(70) standards.
