YWC Series 15ppm Bilge Separator (15ppm Bilge Separator) is a kind of environmental protection product designed based on International Maritime Organization IMO MEPC 107(49) standard, the oil content in effluent water ≤ 15ppm. This separator is the high-tech newest product which can effectively dispose all kinds of fluids in bilge water including fuel oil, high-density residual oil and emulsion mixture combined with black ferric oxide and surfactant.

Device principle:

One-stage conical corrugated inclined plate gravity and coalescence separation

Secondary fiber filter interception and separation

Three-stage ultrafiltration membrane permeability separation and other principles,

There are three levels of treatment to ensure that the oil-containing bilge water meets the emission standard requirements of IMO MEPC.227(64) resolution.

15PPM bilge water alarm
The OCM-15 15PPM bilge water alarm device is an online detection instrument for detecting the concentration of heavy and trace oil in sewage. It is suitable for continuous detection of ship bilge oil sewage discharge.

It has the function of over-limit alarm and sewage discharge control, and records the alarm status data in real time and automatically stores the data (storage data for 18 months), making it easy to query and print historical data.

YWC Series 15ppm Bilge Separator (15ppm Bilge Separator) of 9 typ
es with the capacity from 0.25m3/h to 5.00 m3/h, The smallest type is YWC-0.25 which can be installed on ship less than 1000DWT. The biggest type is YWC-5.00 which can be installed on ship more than 300 thousand DWT. This separator can also be used in industrial and petroleum, besides in ship vessels. The effluent oil content from YWC can meet any standards of Environment Bureau in China.

YWC Series 15ppm Bilge Separator (15ppm Bilge Separator) has been obtained the Type Approval of CCS, (GL) EC and IMO circular in July 2007. USCG is applying, will be coming soon in 2009.
