Rock wool uses high-quality natural rock as its main raw material.

It is weighed in proportion, melted in a cupola at a temperature above 1450°C, and formed into fibers at high speed by a four-roll centrifuge.

After being evenly sprayed with adhesive, it is spread with a pendulum method, and then solidified and cut into products of different specifications and uses.

 

 

 

•Performance characteristics

Thermal insulation:
Low thermal conductivity, which can effectively reduce the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the ship, reduce heat transfer, and keep the temperature in the cabin stable.

Fire retardant:
It is non-flammable, can maintain structural stability in a fire, prevent the spread of fire, and provide reliable fire protection for ships.

Sound insulation and noise reduction:
The porous structure enables it to effectively absorb and weaken sound waves, reduce the noise generated during the ship's navigation and the external environmental noise, reduce noise pollution, and improve the comfort of people on board.

Moisture-proof and water-repellent:
Water-repellent additives are added during production, the water-repellent rate is ≥98%, the water absorption rate is ≤5%, and it has good moisture-proof performance, which can effectively prevent moisture penetration and avoid various problems caused by moisture.

Lightweight and high-strength:

Ship cabin insulation:
