SOLAS 4.5m Life Rescue Boat ABS, CCS Certificate Approved marine life saving equipment

 

Rescue Boat is made from glass fiber reinforced plastics(GRP), Between the inner hull and outer hull filled with polyurethane foam to offer sufficient buoyancy.

Oil-resistance foam fenders are equipped on both sides of the rescue boat, and two layers of fixture rubber are installed outside to facilitate replacement.Steel handrails are installed on both sides of the boat for occupants.Self-discharging deck ensure quick discharge of water in the boat.

 Rescue Boat and Fast Rescue Boat are powered by OUTBOARD ENGINE or INBOARD ENGINE. And can be customized with single arm turning davit or "A"type davit

Routine maintenance of Water Rescue Boat
   
1. Electrical system
1) Charges:
a) There is AC power to charge the battery when the engine is running.
b) The backup battery is charged from the 42 volt marine power supply. There is a charger on board.
2) Things to note
Make sure the plug and socket are not damaged and the charging function is normal.


2. Battery
The battery is maintenance-free.
The battery should have sufficient voltage and check to make sure the terminals are tight and clean.
If the terminals show any signs of corrosion, disconnect and clean them thoroughly and apply a light silicone grease.


3. Engine
For engine maintenance, please refer to the engine manufacturer's manual.
4. Regular inspection
1) Users should regularly check the situation around the boat to ensure that the boat is ready for use at any time.
2) There should be no obstacles during the launch process.
3) Check whether the engine and battery system are in good condition.
4) Check that the ship and outfitting are in good condition.
