The Description of the UV Sterilizer
The Marine UV-Sterilizer Water Disinfection Device is a high effective disinfection device for drinking water, which covers wide capacity for reaching different applications in industry and marine fields. The UV-Sterilizer is a widely recognized and proven method of disinfection of water and has more advantages than other disinfection methods such as chlorination etc. The UV light does not add anything to the water, such as, undesirable color, odor, taste, or flavor, nor does it generate harmful byproducts. It adds only energy in the UV radiation. Also, UV disinfection requires only a fraction of the contact times required by other disinfection methods.
The UV sterilizer is widely used for plate type water maker. It uses ultraviolet light to sterilize the distilled water produced by the plate water generator to meet the drinking water standard.
Bases on the latest technology, to create a high effective disinection unit for drinking water, we developed UIV series UV-sterilizer, which covers wide capacity for reaching different applications in industry and marine fields.
The sterilization process is microprocessor-controlled via data from the UV-sensor. The intelligent lamp monitoring system will, in case of any lamp failure, inform the user of this occurrence as well as the location of the broken lamp.
The hour meter tells the user to change lamps when the limit of its using time is reached.
All necessary data is available in a display window on the control cabinet.
